I am super impressed by Dayjob Orchestra and the very concept of dubbing vocals based on lip and mouth movements. These are only two of my favorite DJO takes on Star Trek.
The mid 80s were rough on Rock music. Not only did video kill the radio star, but it introduced new genres like New Wave and Heavy Metal to a hungry audience which left rock sounding rather old and tired.
Everything about this is just wrong. From the catatonic musicians to the bizarre lyrics about cucumbers and poison.
The future looks healthy for the Third Screen. It's still a relatively young medium with many unexplored possibilities.
