By purchasing any of our digital product(s) on the Website, you are granted a single royalty-free license for the purchased digital product to be used for personal, promotional, commercial, and/or entertainment purposes.
Use of any purchased digital product is at your own discretion.
All digital product(s) purchased on the Website are offered as-is, without warranty.
Proper testing of our digital product(s), like any software, plugin, or digital product, is recommended before implementing our digital product(s) into a scene file, project, or project pipeline for personal, promotional, or commercial use.
Reselling, charging for, sub-licensing, renting, farming, mining, sharing, and/or distributing our digital product(s) is strictly prohibited.
Please note all digital product(s) purchased on & downloaded from the Website may be iterated and improved upon over time. However, at the time of purchase, the digital product purchased is “as is”. Because of the nature of non-subscription-based digital product(s), all purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued in very limited instances, if, and only if incompatibility and / or malfunction can be established through visual evidence (e.g. video or screen shots). This helps to ensure that our digital product(s) are not being mined for free. We expend a lot of time, and make every effort to ensure that our digital product(s) are tested, functional, and will add value to your creative pipeline.

6. Shipping

The Company ships tangible, wearable products to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. 7. Returns and Refunds

The Company will only accept returns and offer refunds for tangible, wearable products if the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. The customer must notify the Company of any damages or defects within 7 days of receipt of the product. The Company does not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.
